Michelle Littlefield is a senior Salesforce Solution Architect and Higher Education subject matter expert, with over 10 years experience in the industry. Michelle worked at the University of New England for nearly 8 years. As a senior administrator, Michelle was pivotal in the establishment of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies where she led non-academic operations including finance, technology, marketing, admissions, and student support services.

Following her tenure at UNE, Michelle became Lead Education Solution Architect at Traction on Demand. In this role, she helped successfully implement Salesforce at institutions of all types prior to Traction's acquisition by Salesforce in June 2022.
